BONNIE SIGNS TO SONY

Gosh, hasn't someone grown up!? Fresh-faced Bonnie Anderson was just 12 years old when she beat all comers to take out the inaugural season of 'Australia's Got Talent' back in 2007.
She's been far from idle since, honing her performance skills across the past five years until she was completely ready to step into the recorded music spotlight. That time in the spotlight starts right now.
Eagle-eyed viewers will have spotted her name as a guest vocalist on Justice Crew's version of C+C Music Factory's '(Gonna Make You) Sweat', which is being used heavily in promos for Channel 10's new show 'Everybody Dance Now'.
Now comes confirmation that Bonnie has inked a deal with Sony Music, CEO and Chairman Denis Handlin full of praise for the 17 year old.
"I am delighted to sign Bonnie to Sony Music and we look forward to developing her recording career. Bonnie has immense talent and already has developed her performance skills through extensive work in live shows around the country. When she performed her showcase in the Sony Music studios, I decided then and there I wanted to sign her to the label and work together," he said in a statement.
Managed by Ralph Carr, Bonnie is also understandably thrilled.
"It’s a dream come true to be working with Denis and the Sony Music team. I can’t wait for what the future will bring. It’s surreal to be working alongside artists i have spent my life looking up to."
Bonnie is currently working with DNA on her debut album, which Sony hints will see the light of day later this year.
