INCOMING : Melissa Etheridge

As if Australia's Melissa Etheridge fans don't have enough to get excited about, what with the singer arriving in Australia later this week to commence her Aussie tour... Now Universal Music has added to the excitement, revealing that the singer's new album has been confirmed for a local release late next month.
The new LP is entitled '4th Street Feeling' and marks Melissa's 12th consecutive studio release with long time label Island Records, with whom she released her eponymous debut (which spawned the hits 'Bring Me Some Water' and 'Like The Way I Do') back in 1988.
'4th Street Feeling' contains twelve new recordings, some of which will be showcased during Melissa's live shows, which kick off with a show in Brisbane on Monday night.
'4th Street Feeling' will be released in Australia on Friday August 31.
