DR.DON DON FTG. AMALI WARD : Good Thing

The new vehicle for Sydney songstress Amali Ward (formerly of Australian Idol fame) is the result of a hip hop producer venturing into new musical territory. A little bit Bollywood and a whole lotta funk, there's most certainly plenty of truth in the title to the new single 'Good Thing'.
It's a genre-blurring release. There's dancefloor style, some licks of French electro-house and a whole lotta soul - and the clip is a mash-up of space invaders, a garden centre commercial and what sometimes resembles an episode of the '80s cult TV hit 'Monkey'.
Super hard to pigeon-hole, but super easy to listen and get down to!
