FUN. - Some Nights

Earlier this year, a trio of young musicians burst onto the Australian music charts with their new single 'We Are Young'. Featuring guest BVs by Janelle Monae, the single rocketed to the top of the pops down under and subsequently followed suit in both the US and the UK. It remains one of our favourite pop tracks of 2012 thus far, so it's with much anticipation that Fun. delivers the clip for the second single (and title track) from their new album 'Some Nights'.
It's almost like a short-film too - running at almost six minutes, though it's a full 63 seconds before the song's familiar riff comes in and Nate's layered vocals are thrust upon us. There are hints of Mika, Queen and Scissor Sisters about this new track - and that's by no means a bad thing 'cause it's another strong offering from a pretty decent album.
