The news isn't crash hot for Australia's Madonna fans this week, but on the flipside, Directioners have one very good reason to celebrate. Let's find out why with this week's Chart Watch

SINGLES
Young Carly Rae Jepsen is doing alright for herself. After ascending to the No.1 spot on the ARIA singles chart last week, she's held for the second week and picked up a platinum accreditation after just six weeks on the chart.
The rest of the top four remains the same, but there's some bulleting to be done - and it's going to be done by both Ed Sheeran and One Direction. Ed's track 'Lego House' has shuffled up from No.14 to No.5, while One Direction's single 'One Thing' has bulleted from No.18 to No.6 - a new peak for the boys' second single.
Also in a hurry is the new Timomatic single 'If Looks Could Kill'. It's leapt from No.16 to No.8 in just its second week on the chart.
The love for Justin Bieber's 'Boyfriend' looks like it was short lived. The single premiered last week at No.5 on the ARIA charts, but has this week slumped eight places to No.13.
One Direction's 'What Makes You Beautiful' returns to the top 20 (No.19) and B.o.B's 'So Good' is in a heck of a hurry. After debuting at No.71 last week, it's rocketed up 50 positions to find a home at No.21. Stan Walker's latest single 'Music Won't Break Your Heart' is also firing - up ten spots to No.25.
Bob Sinclar's latest single 'Rock The Boat' is now rocking the top 50 - up 21 places on last week's No.60 debut - and Pitbull scores the highest debut of the week, with 'Back In Time' in at No.42.
Rebecca Ferguson's debut single continues to climb and people are slowly falling under her spell. 'Nothing's Real But Love' is up 30 places this week and into the top 50 at No.43. Emeli Sande's 'Next To Me' is now a top 50 hit (No.49); so too 360's latest single 'Child', which sneaks into the top half of the hundred at No.50.
Outside the top 50, Xavier Rudd's 'Follow The Sun' is back in the mix at No.66, with Rihanna's new single 'Where Have You Been' piggy-backing Xavier's re-entry at No.67.
Belatedly new at No.70 is Brian McFadden's single 'Wrap My Arms' and The Temper Trap's 'Need Your Love' debuts at No.74, but not such glittering news for Taylor Swift, with her 'Eyes Open' slumping 23 places to No.76.
She's not the only one, however, with Professor Green's 'Read All About It' dropping 21 places to No.78, The Wanted's 'Glad You Came' down 22 spots to No.87.
A few new entries in the bottom part of the top 100, however. Hilltop Hoods' 'Speaking In Tongues' in at No.88, Azealia Banks' '212' at No.90, Lisa Mitchell's 'Spiritus' at No.92 and The Babysitters Circus' 'Everything's Gonna Be Alright' at No.92.
Jack Back, David Guetta, Nicky Romero and Sia's 'Wild One Two' was at No.52 last week. This week's it's gone from the top 100 completely; so too Madonna's 'Girl Gone Wild' after just the one week at No.93.

ALBUMS
Here's where One Direction's fans will be celebrating and Madonna's fans will be frowning. The good news is that after 19 weeks, and with the boys' visit to our shores just days away, One Direction's album 'Up All Night' has finally hit No.1 on the Aussie albums chart, knocking Madonna's 'MDNA' from the No.1 spot after one week.
But it's the 'MDNA' chart position that might hurt for Madge's local fans, with the No.1 album slumping to No.9 in its second week on sale.
Bulleting this week is Lionel Richie's 'Tuskegee', moving up from it's No.36 debut last week to No.2 this week.
Nicki Minaj's 'Pink Friday : Roman Reloaded' makes it in at No.5 on debut and The Black Keys' 'El Camino' is back in the top ten action - at No.10.
A new peak for Rebecca Ferguson's album 'Heaven'. Following on from her Australian promotional tour, the former British X Factor starlet's debut LP rises from No.40 to No.17.
New at No.18 is The Used's new album 'Vulnerable', while Lionel Richie's 'Definitive Collection' is back in at No.19 and Bruce Springsteen's 'Wrecking Ball' falls from No.9 to No.20.
Up 23 places this week is Tony Bennett's 'Duets & Duets II' (up to No.25), with Sia's 'Best Of' coming in at No.30 and Tim McGraw's 'Emotional Traffic' now in reverse gear, sliding back 28 places to No.44.
Back into the top 50 heads Jason Derulo's 'Future History' (No.47), Nicki Minaj's 'Pink Friday' (No.48) and Jimmy Barnes' 'Hits' (No.52), while Miike Snow's LP 'Happy To You' slides from No.20 to No.50.
Outside the top 50, it's a mixed bag of fortunes... the INXS best-of shines, bulleting 47 places to No.51, Bon Iver's self-titled set is down from No.38 to No.53, Django Django's album surges 22 places to No.60 in its second week, the new Hoodoo Gurus best-of slides from No.39 to No.64 and The Mars Volta's 'Noctourniquet' plummets from No.18 to No.65.
'The Ultimate Bee Gees' re-enters at No.73, Angus & Julia's 'Down The Way' is back in at No.75 and Guy Sebastian's 'Twenty Ten' re-emerges at No.80.
There are further top 100 debuts for; Mariah Carey ('The Essential' at No.86), Celine Dion ('The Essential' at No.91), Ewa Kupiec ('Chopin Nocturnes' at No.98) and Carole King ('The Essential' at No.99).
Faith Hill's 'The Hits crashes from No.35 to completely out of the top 100.
