• The Mafia returns - the Swedish House Mafia that is... The trio has teamed up with Knife Party for their new single 'Antidote' - the follow-up to the club smashes 'Save The World', 'One' and 'Miami 2 Ibiza'. It's at media this week.• With the festive season approaching, the number of tracks being sampled has subsided this week, but not enough to see new tracks by The Naked And Famous, The Roots and Foo Fighters also get the media treatment.
• Joel and Benji Madden are in Australia this week to perform presenting duties at the weekend's ARIA Awards, but they're not too busy to look after the rest of their fans, revealing a full album mixtape. You can get your chops around it HERE.
• General Pants Company's Major Label has merged with artist mentoring program "the bubble" and has signed Sydney jungle-pop quartet The Khanz. To celebrate, they're giving you the chance to direct the video clip to the band's first single. Best you head HERE to find out more.
• Big Day Out organisers announced a series of sideshows yesterday, but there are plenty more where they came from. Girl Talk is another of the BDO performers who'll take part in headline dates while in the country. He'll play Sydney's Enmore Theatre on January 28 and Melbourne's Palace Theatre on January 31. Tickets for both are on sale on Monday November 28.• Kitty, Daisy and Lewis will also play Sydney and Melbourne sideshows; they're at the Metro in Sydney on January 24 and the Corner Hotel in Melbourne on January 27 and Mariachi El Bronx will hit Sydney's Metro Theatre on January 25 and Melbourne's Billboard on January 30. Again, tix for both on sale Nov 28.
• Stereosonic organisers have also revealed a couple of Sydney sideshows for some of their big acts. Armin Van Buuren (pictured) will play the Metro Theatre on Thursday December 01, Avicii will play Home Nightclub on Friday December 02 and Pretty Lights will play the Oxford Art Factory on Thursday December 01. Stereosonic 2011 kicks off in just four days time.
• Many predicted boy band One Direction to debut at the top of the UK singles chart this week, but they've had to settle for No.3 with their new track 'Gotta Be You'. It debuted behind Rihanna's 'We Found Love' (which remained at No.1) and Flo Rida's new single 'Good Feeling', which premiered at No.2. The Saturdays' new single 'My Heart Takes Over' debuts at a worrying No.15 - though most people may have been holding off for the album.• And on the UK album chart, Michael Buble is into the No.1 position with 'Christmas', leaving boy band JLS's album 'Jukebox' to debut in the No.2 spot. Snow Patrol's new album 'Fallen Empires' is in at No.3; Drake's 'Take Care' makes No.5 first week in. Not such good news for UK girl band Parade, however, with their self-titled debut missing the top 100 altogether.

I love how in the UK a #15 debut is "worrying"!! Yet over here Anthony, Vanessa, Natalie or Darren (hell, even Kylie now!) would kill for it!!! ;)
Hey guys what's the new Naked and Famous song?
That's because over there songs drop like a stone. It will be lucky to be in the top 20 next week.
Hey Popmusicity,
