PNAU : Solid Ground

Single No.2 from the forthcoming Pnau album 'Soft Universe' sees the boys heading a slightly different direction - and its sound bends very much towards that of Nick Littlemore's former project Empire Of The Sun. No surprise really, given fellow Pnau fellow Peter Mayes co-produced the Empire Of The Sun record.
As such, it's layer with smooth summery dance beats and a rainbow infused chorus dotted with xylophones and splashed with acoustic guitars.
It's a good thing too - and whets our whistle perfectly for the arrival of the long player on July 22.
