SONGS FOR JAPAN HITS $5M

The 'Songs For Japan' compilation album, released to assist in the rebuilding effort following the devastating magnitude 9.0 earthquake in Japan in March, has now officially hit the magical US $5 million mark in donations to the cause.
The Japanese Red Cross Society received a payment of $2 million in April, with a further $3 million donated to the charity on Monday.
More than half a million copies of the album have so far been sold across the globe, and the album currently retains its top ten position on the Australia iTunes chart.
