Sydney was picking up Good [V]brations yesterday with Channel [V] staging a massive event in Circular Quay as a precursor to the national Good Vibrations festivals, which kick off in Sydney tomorrow.
As predicted here on auspOp, DJ Sasha headlined a mammoth silent disco, along with local dance stalwarts Bag Raiders and DJ Grant Smillie.
Then it was over to an acoustic set for British duo The Ting Tings, who performed three of their biggest hits in a stripped down Channel [V] Guerilla Gig before a throng of adoring fans (pictured above).
Good Vibrations kicks off in Sydney tomorrow before hitting Melbourne, the Gold Coast and Perth.
