auspOp EXCLUSIVE : JESS MAUBOY COVER

Sony Music has this afternoon allowed us to exclusively reveal the cover image to Jessica Mauboy's brand new single 'Saturday Night', the second single from her forthcoming album 'Get Em Girls'. The track is scheduled to hit radio stations from tomorrow afternoon.
Word on the street is that Jess's new album will be rush-released into stores as early as this Monday to capitalise on the growing buzz surrounding the new LP. She will make instore appearances to perform songs from and sign copies of the new album at Highpoint in Melbourne on Friday November 05 and at Westfield Parramatta in Sydney on Saturday November 06.

YES! It was originally pushed a week back and now it's ended up only being a day! I have been dying to hear this for ages now! What I find odd is that you can buy this as an mp3 on an Italian online shopping site, but the cover is different. By the way auspOp, how come we can't see all the images you have on your blog posts in full size when we click on them anymore? It comes up with a Google error for some of them. Unless it's because of copyright issues?

And Brad,

We were asked to take the Italian image down, even though it looked totally legit.
As for the google image error message - there IS a way around it. In the URL, change the 's2000' bit to a 's1600' and you should be green for go.

Love it! So much better than the Italian one you had up, and actually better than the album cover (which I think is pretty tacky)
Hope this track does really well - Single #1 was a bit of a disappointment

That cover looks way better than the actual album cover which I don't think is that great froma guy's perpective anyway. This cover is great.

YES ! Saturday night just became available on iTunes Australia ! :) i love the track..... better than single #1....now come on album ! fingers crossed they release it early...ill buy two copies to make up for the early week sales hehe
