Disco stalwarts The Village People are heading down under later this year for a series of eight performances that will see them performing from the beautiful Tweed Heads down to Melbourne and all the way across to Perth and Mandurah and Bunbury to the city's south.Of course, they're only half the band they used to be, with only three of the original members (the native American, the G.I. and the construction worker) still in the group. But they'll be churning out those hits that still get everyone on the dancefloor - 'YMCA', 'Can't Stop The Music', 'Macho Man' and 'In The Navy' - to mention just four.
