AVRIL LAVIGNE : Alice

It's been a couple of years and we'd heard neither hide nor hare
(pardon the pun) of Avril Lavigne, but since she's contributed the lead single for the new Tim Burton adaptation of 'Alice In Wonderland', that little pop exile of hers has now officially come to an end.
And just as she comes back into the spotlight, the silly girl goes and falls down a well. Thankfully in this story, there's no video tape which gives you seven days to live after you watch it, nor a creepy creature crawling out of it 'cause quite frankly that would give us nightmares all over again.
She pops in for a spot of tea and a little warble with Johnny Depp's Mad Hatter, finds her piano in the middle of a field of mushrooms (who's to know if they're magic or not in Wonderland) and dashes in slow motion into the real world again, so we know she's safe to keep working on her new album, due this year.
