MUSE : Undisclosed Desires

We've not really written anything about the new Muse album on auspOp, but what we'll say is that we're liking it very very very much. It's an incredible body of work and 'Undisclosed Desires' is the second single to be lifted from it. We've got to say though that Matthew and the boys should be glad they got out of this veritable maze of wires and other miscellaneous hazards without so much as a scratch on them. With plenty of colour and movement throughout, the boys have to content with not only wires, but speakers on tracks, spasmodically flashing fluorescent tubes, women dancing in wiry outfits and an umbrella of microphones. But despite the chaos going on around them, they craft an incredibly rich, incredibly listenable pop song.
