Aussie singer-songwriter Whitley found himself a rather large legion of fans with his debut album 'The Submarine' a couple of years back. But now, after being holed up in what the press release suggests is a "ramshackle studio at the Victorian coast", Whitley has emerged presumably firstly for a breath of fresh air and secondly armed with a new album. 'Go Forth, Find Mammoth' will be that album.
Fans will be treated to the first slice of the album on October 09, when lead single 'Head, First, Down' will be released digitally. From then, it's just a short three week wait for the album's release.
Punters will also be able to catch Whitley performing at a number of festivals across the summer, including the Peats Ridge Festival, Falls Festival and the Woodford Folk Festival.
