He first rose to prominence on the world music scene in the 1990s when he fronted Brit-pop darlings Pulp, but these days Jarvis Cocker is doing the solo thing, and following the release of his second solo album 'Further Complications' earlier this year through Aussie independent label Remote Control, Michael Coppel has today announced that Jarvis will visit Australian shores in December for a series of live dates. Four shows have been set down so far, with the tour kicking off in Brisbane on December 05. He'll also visit Adelaide, Sydney and Fremantle during his visit down under, strangely bypassing Melbourne. Tickets for all concerts go on sale on Friday August 14.
