This clip continues to prove our point that Lady Gaga is truly one of the most exciting and important pOp acts to come out of the United States for many years. Essentially, this new single picks up where 'Just Dance' left off, continuing the electronic pOp sound that Australians fell in love with - and if Katy Perry can hit the top ten with her electro-pOp follow up 'Hot 'N' Cold', surely Lady Gaga can do so with 'Poker Face'. The thing that astonishes us about Lady Gaga is that despite the fact she's only two singles in, she already looks, acts and feels like every bit the pOp superstar she's destined to become. She sounds like a pOpstar, she dances like a pOpstar and in these videos, there's something about her that leaves us totally and utterly mesmerized. And don't get us started on those stroke-of-genius glasses.

I cannot get over how striking the video is. Loved the "Just Dance" clip but this is leaps and bounds better than that clip. I love the plastic swimsuit she has on...
